Last updated: August 10, 2026

We are committed to protecting your privacy, both as a visitor to this website and as a customer. This policy explains what MobileNotaryInsurance.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a quote request, a notary bond request or the contact form, we collect the information in that form. Depending on the form, that can include your name, business name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, website, business structure, year the business started, the states where you hold a commission, estimated gross receipts, the coverage and limits you want, your claims and commission history, and any notes you add.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we automatically collect information about your device, including your browser, IP address, time zone and cookies on your device. As you browse we collect the pages you view, the website or search term that referred you, and how you interact with the site. We refer to this as Device Information.

  • Cookies are data files placed on your device that often include an anonymous unique identifier. To learn more about cookies and how to disable them, visit allaboutcookies.org.
  • Log files track actions on the site and record your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date and time stamps.
  • Web beacons, tags and pixels are electronic files that record how you browse the site.

2. How we use your information

  • To prepare, deliver and follow up on the insurance or surety quote you asked for.
  • To contact you about your request by email, telephone and text message.
  • To send your submission to the licensed people and companies who work on it.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory and record keeping obligations.

3. How we share your information

We share the information from your quote request with the licensed agency staff, insurance carriers, surety companies, wholesalers and managing general agents who need it to quote and service your request. We also use service providers who host the website, deliver our email and protect our forms from automated abuse. Those providers act on our instructions.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can read how Google uses information at google.com/policies/privacy, and you can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may also share information to comply with applicable law, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Consent to be contacted (calls and text messages)

When you check the consent box on a form, you give prior express written consent for us, our agents and the insurance or surety companies we connect you with to contact you at the telephone number and email address you gave. That contact can include automated calls and text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to a text message, follow the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to us at support@runquotes.com.

5. Cookies and tracking
