1. What this site is, and what it is not

MobileNotaryInsurance.com is an insurance quote request website for notaries and notary signing agencies. You can use it to ask for a quote, to ask for a notary bond, and to read general information about notary insurance.

This site is not an insurance policy, a binder, or a promise of coverage. Submitting a form does not bind coverage. Coverage begins only when an insurance or surety company issues a policy or bond and tells you it is in force.

2. No insurance, legal or financial advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not insurance, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation about the coverage or limit you should buy. Coverage terms vary by carrier, by policy and by state. Talk to a licensed professional about your own situation, and read the policy before you rely on it.

3. Quote requests

When you submit a quote request you agree that the information you give is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Insurance and surety companies rely on that information. If the information is wrong or incomplete, a quote can be withdrawn and a policy can be affected.

A quote is an estimate. It is subject to underwriting, eligibility and the terms of the policy that is issued. We cannot guarantee that a quote will be offered, that a price will hold, or that coverage will be available in your state.

4. Consent to be contacted

When you check the consent box on a form, you agree that we, our agents and the insurance or surety companies we work with may contact you at the telephone number and email address you gave, including by automated call and text message. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time. See the privacy policy for detail.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not submit a form on behalf of another person without their permission.
• Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Do not use an automated system to scrape, copy or overload the site.
• Do not attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or network that is not public.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy the content without written permission.

7. Third party links and services

This site links to third party websites, including partner and affiliate links. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their products, or their privacy practices. If you make a purchase or sign up from a link on this website, we may receive a commission. That does not change the price you pay.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may change these terms at any time. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
